Eugenie
Responding to the splendor of the period, the Christofle Master Silversmiths created in 1870, two centerpieces with an extremely refined decoration: the large model is ornamented with a musician cherub who blows into a horn, elegantly supported by a crystal dish; a matching small model repeats the round foot with a plant motif. The central part is made up of a frieze of neoclassic openwork interlacing.
This combination of metal and crystal elegantly recalls the splendor of nineteenth-century tables.
